Ingredients:
4 Boneless Chicken Breasts
Kosher Salt
Freshly ground black pepper
Garlic Salt
Onion Powder
1-2 cups Lime Juice (depending on size of chicken breasts)
4 tbs. Butter
Preparation:
Season breast with garlic salt, onion powder, salt and pepper.
Pour lime juice over and around chicken and let sit in referigerator for at least one hour.
Place butter in heat proof ramekin or bowl.
Place chicken on pre-heated grill. Place ramekin/bowl of butter on coolest part of grill to melt (do not overcook).
Grill chicken on medium turning several times (every 4-5 minutes).
Baste with butter and sprinkle lightly with garlic salt after each turn.
