Marscapone Cupcakes
Ingredients
Original recipe yields 12 servings
Ingredient Checklist
1 (18.25 ounce) package moist white cake mix or any cake mix
1 cup water
1 (8 ounce) container mascarpone cheese at room temperature
¼ cup vegetable oil
2 egg whites
Mix all ingredients in bowl until combined. Preheat oven to 350 degrees, and line cupcake pan with 12 liners. Spray liners with cooking spray and pour batter in muffin cups. Bake for approximately 20 minutes, or until lightly browned.
